Privacy Policy
PlayTown Kids is an educational game for children. Protecting children and their families is central to how the app is designed.
1. Information we collect
PlayTown Kids does not require an account and does not ask children for their name, email address, phone number, precise location, photographs, contacts, or other personal information.
Game progress, preferences, earned points, and purchased-content status may be stored locally on the device so the app can remember the player's progress.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store payment-card details. The app receives limited purchase information from the relevant store, such as the product selected and whether access is active, so it can unlock subscribed features. Apple and Google process information under their own privacy policies.
3. Children's privacy
The app is intended for children and does not include advertising, social networking, public profiles, or third-party behavioural tracking. Purchase controls are placed behind a parental gate. Parents or guardians should complete all purchase decisions.
4. Analytics and advertising
PlayTown Kids does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell personal information. The current version does not use third-party analytics to profile users or track children across apps or websites.
5. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored game data remains on the device until the app data is cleared or the app is removed. Subscription records are retained by Apple or Google according to the store's policies. Because PlayTown Kids does not operate user accounts or collect personal information on its own servers, there is no separate PlayTown account record to delete.
6. Security and external links
We limit the app's use of network services to features required for store purchases and subscription management. External policy and subscription-management links open outside the game.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
