Terms of Use
These terms apply to the use of PlayTown Kids. A parent or legal guardian must approve purchases and subscriptions.
1. Licence and appropriate use
PlayTown Kids grants users a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for educational and entertainment purposes. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, disrupt, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
2. Children's use and parental responsibility
The app is designed for children, but subscription decisions must be made by a parent or legal guardian. Adults are responsible for supervising use of the app and for the store account and device settings used to make purchases.
3. PlayTown Premium subscriptions
- PlayTown Premium is offered as monthly, three-month, and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.
- The current price, billing period, currency, and any introductory offer are shown in the purchase screen before confirmation.
- Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- At the end of a free trial, the selected subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription unless it is cancelled before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the user's Apple App Store or Google Play account before renewal. The store controls billing, renewal timing, refunds, and eligibility.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access can be restored using the Restore Purchases option where supported.

4. Apple standard EULA
For versions obtained through Apple App Store, use is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's mandatory terms, Apple's terms control for the iOS version.
5. Educational content
The activities are provided for general learning and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional educational, medical, legal, or safety advice. Adults should continue to supervise children in real-world situations.
6. Availability and changes
We may correct errors, improve content, add or remove features, or suspend parts of the service when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device or operating-system version.
7. Intellectual property
The app, artwork, audio, text, code, characters, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is.” Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
